School Holidays

urbanFITNESS UK provides sports holiday courses known as the "urbanFITNESS Academy" throughout each school holiday. The courses are open to boys and girls aged between 3-11 of all abilities.

The children will participate in a range of sports activities. The children will gain confidence as they develop their techniques as well as improving their agility, balance, co-ordination skills

Each child will be rewarded at the end of each course with a prize.
